The LABA7 warranty covers the repair of all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies for different products and is listed below. Coverage is valid only with the proof of purchase from www.laba7.com and authorized LABA7 resellers.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or maintenance, accident, abuse, acts of nature, impact, and repairs or alterations outside of our facility.
Warranty is provided under these periods:
- Roadbook holders – lifetime
- Shock Dyno, Suspension Dyno, Spring Rate Dyno – 2 years from the original date of purchase from our website or an authorized reseller.
The LABA7 obligations are limited to repair of the products and their parts found to be defective. In no event, LABA7 will be liable for any incidental, indirect and / or consequential damages. We reserve the right to modify our products and parts without incurring any responsibiity to modify, replace, and repair any products or their parts to meet prior specifications. This warranty does not apply when defects occur due to accident, alteration, unauthorised service, misuse. This warranty does not apply for damages caused by the product or the customer’s time and expense in getting the damage repaired.

When sending back an item, be sure to include your proof of purchase to the shipment. Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for all freight charges to deliver it to LABA7 and back to the customer.
