Malgr\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, leurs ing\u00e9nieurs cherchaient \u00e0 mieux comprendre ce qui se passe r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un amortisseur. Les essais ordinaires fournissaient quelques donn\u00e9es, mais pas au niveau n\u00e9cessaire pour affiner le comportement des soupapes et de l&rsquo;huile.  <\/p>\n<h3>Solution<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Samsonas Motorsport a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me de test d&rsquo;amortisseurs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques LABA7 (EMA) \u00e0 son processus de R&amp;D. Son actionneur \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique et son syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le rapide lui ont permis de visualiser les forces d&rsquo;amortissement en temps r\u00e9el, m\u00eame en reproduisant les variations rapides de vitesse des sp\u00e9ciales de rallye. De plus, Samsonas Motorsport a pu capturer l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du comportement des amortisseurs pendant la course (en temps r\u00e9el) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;ajout de modules de temp\u00e9rature et de pression externes.   <\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9sultat<\/h3>\n<p>LABA7 EMA leur a permis d&rsquo;exploiter des donn\u00e9es de performance d&rsquo;amortisseur jusqu&rsquo;alors inconnues. Ils pouvaient d\u00e9sormais observer la pression, la temp\u00e9rature et d&rsquo;autres effets dynamiques en temps r\u00e9el. Ce retour d&rsquo;information instantan\u00e9 leur a permis d&rsquo;affiner leurs choix de valves, de valider les modifications sur place et de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies significatives en transf\u00e9rant une grande partie des tests du v\u00e9hicule au laboratoire.  <\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;EMA comble le foss\u00e9 entre hypoth\u00e8se et validation.
