How do we measure roadbook holder’s capacity?
We measure our roadbook holder’s capacity with the roadbook roll thickness method. It is accurate and independent of numerous factors that include: paper thickness or whether the roadbook is in a roll or with separated sheets.
What is CE marking?
The mark indicates that our products can be legally sold in the European Economic Area (EEA). It signifies that the LABA7 items have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. For more info, read here.
Does the LABA7 Suspension Dyno Software for Dynos have updates?
Yes. They are issued occasionally.
How do I get the latest LABA7 Software update?
When an update is released, it is automatically installed to all customers who subscribe for the updates. If you are not a subscriber and would like to have the latest software, contact us.
Where are your products made?
All LABA7 products are made in Lithuania – in the European Union. Read about us here.
Can I purchase spare parts?
Yes. At this moment we do not have separate pages for each available part, therefore, contact us to order a spare part you need.

How do I pay for my order?
At the moment we have 3 available payment options: Paypal and direct SEPA bank transfer.
How do I pay with the direct SEPA bank transfer?
When you place your order, you will receive the Order ID and our bank account number. Transfer your order amount to our bank account and use the Order ID as the payment reference. We will start processing your order as soon as we receive the funds.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders above EUR 300, we offer a free shipping, for smaller orders the shipping cost is EUR 30.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above EUR 300. For other orders the shipping price is EUR 30.
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery times heavily depend on the production times of our products. The time varies for each item. However, the shipping time after your tool or equipment is done takes up to 4 working days.
What’s the status of my order?
To know your order status, please contact us and have your order ID ready.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you decided you do not want to receive the item, contact us. However, cancellations are not available after the product has been shipped. In this case, please, return the item within 30 days of receiving.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

How long will my refund take and how will I be refunded?

I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
If you happened to receive a faulty item, please contact us and indicate what is wrong with the product. We will provide you with details on what to do.

My order status is still ‘order processing’, when will it be shipped?
Our products take time to be made. For the estimated production times, please, see the product’s page. If your shipment is being processed longer than estimated, contact us.
