DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Once your items are ready to ship, delivery time is up to 4 working days.
However, if the country you are shipping to is outside the European Union, delays may occur due to customs proccessing.
FREE worldwide shipping for orders above €300.
For others – €30.
Small items (e.g. roadbook holders, tripmasters, navigation bundles, etc.) are usually shipped via DHL. To countries where DHL services are not be available, we may find another suitable carrier.
Large items (suspension dyno, shock dyno, spring dyno, etc.) are shipped via freight forwarders.
All product prices include Lithuania legal 21% VAT/IVA/TVA.
According to the applicable law, VAT SHALL BE APPLICABLE for :
a) Lithuanian (corporate and private) customers
b) Private customers from European Union
According the applicable law, VAT SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE for :
c) Customers (corporate and consumer) from outside the EU
d) Corporate customers from EU countries (excluding Lithuania) that provide a valid European corporate VAT number.
For orders where VAT is not applicable, VAT will be deduced on Shopping Cart.
Please note that corporate customers from other EU countries than Lithuania (see situation d, above) shall provide a valid European VAT number on their orders to benefit VAT exemption. If not, they will be consider as private EU customers (situation b, above) and VAT will be applicable to their orders.
The VAT number validation will be done via VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) here.
CUSTOMS TAXES AND CLEARANCE CHARGES
Non-EU customers may be subject to customs charges and handling fees which are not included neither in product price, nor in delivery costs.
The stated charges will be presented by the delivery company and the customer is fully responsable for their payment. We have no control over these charges. As they vary from country to country, we cannot predict what they may be.
In addition, cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. The order, delivery and product information may also be provided to carriers and stated authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance.
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. We only accept unused products in their original condition and packaging.
The refund is proccessed within 14 days after receiving the return. If the item is not damaged and resellable, you will receive full refund for the product. Please note that the refund is not applicable to delivery and returns costs.
HOW TO RETURN
If the products did not fulfill your expectations, please ship the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The shipment should include your contact info and order number.
We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
